Aesha Page, LMHC
I am an impassioned Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently living in South Carolina, and I am licensed to practice in Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina. My heart is to help individuals self-actualize and transform into the best version of themselves.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and bring years of diverse experience from private practice, community mental health agencies, and substance abuse treatment facilities. My expertise includes crisis intervention, suicidal care, anxiety, depression, trauma, personal development, and other common mental health concerns.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, drawing from strength-based strategies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed practices, emotionally focused therapy, and psychoanalytic insights. I don’t just address surface-level symptoms—I help clients uncover the root causes of distress and find meaning in their experiences.

I believe stress, anxiety, depression, and even other mental health challenges are not a person’s identity, but signals—coping strategies the body creates when it is at dis-ease. These signals are not to be dismissed or feared; they are invitations to listen more deeply. When interpreted with compassion, they reveal the body and mind’s attempt to survive and protect.

Through therapy, I help individuals become more attuned and curious about why they do what they do and how they arrived at their current place. This curiosity opens the door to healing. In essence, I guide clients to embrace vulnerability and recognize that the very emotions they once avoided or felt ashamed of often carry the keys to their healing.

At the core of my practice is this truth: healing happens when we lean into the very places we once resisted. When we listen to our pain, it transforms into a pathway toward wholeness—restoring alignment in mind, body, and spirit.
